Fixed price, paid upfront. Target: 5–7 business days after we have theme access.

  • Scope: the pages cited in your letter plus your global templates (header, footer, navigation, product and collection templates, cart)
  • Fixes made in your theme code. No overlay or "accessibility widget" scripts
  • Before test: axe and Lighthouse scans plus manual keyboard and screen-reader checks
  • After test: the same checks rerun on the fixed pages
  • Dated before-and-after test record (PDF) with screenshots and a log of every change

How it works

  1. Pay, then email us a copy of the letter and your store URL.
  2. Add us as a Shopify collaborator or a WordPress user with theme access. We work on a copy of your theme first.
  3. We test the cited pages and templates and record what fails.
  4. We fix the barriers in code, and you approve before anything goes live.
  5. We retest and send the dated record.

Honest scope

What we do and don't do. We fix the cited pages and your global templates. Other pages, PDFs, videos and captions, and third-party apps or plugins we can't edit (chat widgets, review apps, some payment and checkout screens) are out of scope. We list them in the record with a recommended next step. Automated scans catch only part of the WCAG issues, which is why the manual keyboard and screen-reader checks are included. We do not certify your site as ADA compliant, and we don't negotiate with, contact or respond to the sender of the letter. Talk to your lawyer about deadlines and next steps.
How we work. AI tools help us find and draft the code fixes. Automated tests check them, and every fix gets a manual keyboard and screen-reader retest before it goes into the record. Refund terms are on our terms page.
