Terms & refunds

Who we are. Trade Intelligence Company LLC (Ohio). We use AI tools to draft and build deliverables and automated checks to verify them. Messages may be written by our AI assistant on the owner's behalf.

Payment. Fixed prices, paid upfront by card through Stripe unless the plan says a deposit is allowed.

Refunds. Full refund if we haven't started. If we miss the stated delivery time by more than 2 business days, you can choose a full refund. Websites: if you don't accept the site after the included revisions, we refund 50% and you keep nothing. Business plans: you get a full refund if we haven't delivered the first draft. After that, revisions are included as stated. Accessible PDFs: any file that fails PDF/UA-1 in veraPDF is fixed free or refunded per page. ADA fix sprint: full refund if we haven't started work in your theme. If a cited barrier in scope still fails our own retest at delivery, we keep fixing it free. Items we can't edit (third-party apps, plugins, platform checkout screens) are listed in the test record and are not a miss.

ADA fix sprint. We are not lawyers and give no legal advice. You should have your own counsel. Remediation does not guarantee any legal outcome. We don't certify any site as ADA compliant, and we don't contact the sender of a demand letter.

What you provide. Accurate facts, numbers, photos and rights to any content you send. We don't invent reviews, credentials or results.

Not included. Legal, tax, financial or immigration advice, and any guarantee of loans, rankings or revenue.
